admissions process

Step 1: 

Schedule a Campus Tour by calling 615-779-6309 or emailing our Admissions Office. Tour sizes are limited, reservations are required, and Covid safety protocols (maintaining social distance, wearing masks, etc.) will be followed. Virtual tours are not available. 


Step 2: 

Submit your Enrollment Application and enter your child's name and payment information below to submit the $100 Application Fee. Applications will not be accepted without the accompanying application fee.

Step 3: 

Submit your Application Feedback Form based on the classroom community for which you are applying:

Middle School Application Feedback Form


Step 4: 

If your child is or was previously enrolled at another school, please download and print this Teacher Recommendation Form. Read and sign the top portion of the form, then give the form to your child's teacher to complete. Please include a stamped envelope addressed to Holy Trinity Montessori (details on form).


Once you complete each step of the Admissions Process, your child will be eligible for consideration for admission to Holy Trinity Montessori.
