parent-teacher organization

We love our Parent-Teacher Organization at HTM! This parent-run group exists to build community, aid the HTM administration and teachers by coordinating efforts with parents, and show appreciation to our teachers and staff.

The members of our PTO work together to support a number of events that happen throughout the year, such as our annual Grandparents and Special Friends Tea, our Teacher Appreciation Week, and various community play dates. They provide support for school-sponsored parent and community education events, organize Mom's Night Out and Dads' Night Out, celebrate teacher birthdays, collect and distribute funds for Christmas and End-of-Year gifts for our staff, and organize volunteers to provide meals for families in our community when needed (new babies, surgery or illnesses, etc.). The PTO also plays a vital role in supporting our annual fundraising event, Art of Whine.

Overall, the moms and dads who participate in our PTO are a huge source of support and encouragement to our teachers and staff, as well as to our parent community at large. If your child is enrolled at HTM, you are welcome to get involved with our PTO!
